You should try taking 500 to 600 mg of ginger powder or ginger capsule at the first signs of visual aura. After 30 minutes, you can already feel relief. It lessens the frequency of migraine attacks and reduces the pain you feel.

2. Lemon crust

The crust of lemon provides temporary relief to the pain. The scent of lemon also stimulates better blood distribution and brain functions. Try grinding the crust. Add soothing oil like lavender oil to make a paste. Apply the paste on your temples and forehead. Massage gently using a circular motion.

3. Ginkgo Biloba

This has great benefits when it comes to blood distribution. It improves the flow of blood to the brain. This is also a good remedy for memory and concentration problems.

4. Basil oil

Crush basil leaves and get the oil extract. Massage it on your temples. It stimulates brain activities and allows you to work even when experiencing migraine. It also helps stimulate blood flow to the brain.
