Aspirin used to work for me in the past. Then it stopped. Advil also worked for a limited time.

Then, after reading some more, I realized that no medication can ever be a real migraine cure.

I have tried hot and cold stone massage but had not worked for me. It felt really good, but no effect on my migraines.

I don’t know I’ve never had peppermint tea while heaving a migraine, because teat was one of the triggers for me. I had to stop drinking tea completely. Now I can drink as much as I like with this treatment I am using, but used to as soon as I had a cup of tea 20 minutes later the migraine started.
