I have tried hot and cold stone massage but had not worked for me. It felt really good, but no effect on my migraines.

I don’t know I’ve never had peppermint tea while heaving a migraine, because teat was one of the triggers for me. I had to stop drinking tea completely. Now I can drink as much as I like with this treatment I am using, but used to as soon as I had a cup of tea 20 minutes later the migraine started.

In reply to Angela. Whether one suffers from the migraines they have, is their own judgement. Most of us suffers from it that's for sure. No cure exist to my knowledge and very very few working treatments. Over the decades of me suffering from migraines I had not come across another powerful treatment as this one. I hope you'll get it for your self and benefit from it like I do. Cheers
